At TravelSmart, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to get you ready for your next adventure.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times & Costs

We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders to Australia and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times (including processing) are as follows:

  • Australia: 7–10 Business Days (FREE)
  • New Zealand: 7–10 Business Days (FREE)
  • International: 10–20 Business Days (Calculated at checkout)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside of AU/NZ), any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. TravelSmart is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at hi@travel-smart.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
